About diet.

Yesterday I faced rather funny problem.
Considering my health, I have to keep a quite strict diet: no fatty meat products, no too sour or too hot food, and some other restrictions. That means no sauce. And so far I had no idea how to eat rice or pasta without any kind of sauce. All receipts I know are meat sauces, which is no; other choice is ketchup, which is no as well.
That seems to be a trifle but when you're on a diet, it's important that you, well, keep that diet. And in my case if my food is bland it's only provoke me to eat something I shouldn't be eating. Yes, I has zero will power. XP
But I found the solution! Fried sesame! If add some fried sesame to pasta or rice then it become very tasty! XD
